Managing your projects safely across multiple sites
18th June 2026

With summer works programmes fast approaching, this CPD webinar will explore how estates teams can successfully manage multiple projects and contractors across their trust, while maintaining strong oversight of health and safety. Using practical, real-world scenarios, Barker will take delegates on a journey through a typical construction project – highlighting key risks, decision points, and common pitfalls along the way.
The session will explore:
- Contract management
- Having confidence that contractors have the right processes, competencies and controls in place
- Understanding what ‘good’ looks like in terms of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statement) and CDM in practice
- Managing works safely on site, particularly during busy summer periods
- How to maintain oversight and consistency when managing multiple projects across multiple sites
- How to ensure you have the appropriate insurance in place
Following Barker’s presentation, there will be an open discussion for TTN members to ask questions and share real-world experiences, lessons learned and practical tips with peers.
