Community Energy
Over the past decade, community energy groups have been working with schools at an increasing rate to install community energy, educate the next generation in climate emergency and encourage young people to participate in the transition to a people-powered future. This session will cover what community energy is and how it works, how your school could benefit, provide impactful case studies of community energy in schools, and help you to take the next steps in working with your staff and pupils to deliver meaningful climate action and to save your school money.
DfE Construction Framework
The DfE construction framework supports the school building programmes, and is also available for schools and local authorities to use for their own projects. In this session, you will hear an overview of the DfE Construction Framework and it’s key features.
