Bryony spent 10 years working and training as an engineer and project manager with the Ministry of Defence prior to moving into the education sector in 2007.
Bryony project managed a number of academy conversion projects on behalf of the Department for Education
Bryony worked at Cabot Learning Federation for 11 years from 2011, where she led a team with a range of duties including estates and project management, health and safety, compliance and legal, data protection, governance, administration and procurement.
In 2023 Bryony took up post as Chief Operating Officer at Aldridge Education.
